Orders are currently fulfilled manually by the Virbaze team after payment is confirmed. Depending on the item, delivery may be a digital code, an activation link, subscription or account details, or a top-up completed using the customer information supplied at checkout.

Customers can follow progress from their account or use Order status with the order number and purchase email. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, particularly when payment or account information requires review.

Virbaze started with Ghanaian customers in mind, including prices in Ghana cedis and support for locally relevant payment options when enabled at checkout. Product and payment availability may vary as the marketplace expands.
